reLynth Terms of Use

Version 1.1 · effective 30 September 2026

reLynth is the Telegram bot @reLynthBot and its companion mini app (the "Service").

reLynth is run by a private individual. We provide their name and postal address on a well-founded request from a rights holder, a supervisory authority or a court, to the address below.

These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service and remove the bot from your chats.

What the Service is

You send a link; acting on that specific instruction, the Service requests the publicly accessible file from the platform hosting it and delivers it to you in Telegram. Separately, the Service can report statistics for a link without downloading anything.

What follows from this, and it matters before you start:

  • The Service does not host anything. It has no library, no catalogue, no search over anyone else's content, and it offers you nothing on its own initiative. It does nothing at all until you give it a specific link.
  • The Service grants you no rights in the material it retrieves. Those rights stay with whoever held them. Being technically able to obtain a file and being entitled to use it are different things.
  • The Service is not affiliated with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, X, Spotify, Deezer, Telegram or any other platform, and does not act on their behalf. Their names appear here only to say what the Service works with.

Who may use it

You may use the Service if you are at least 16 years old, or older where the age of digital consent or of majority in your country is higher. These requirements apply in addition to Telegram's own age rules.

Paid features are for people who can enter into contracts on their own. If you are a minor, payment requires the consent of a parent or guardian, and paying is taken as confirming that such consent was given.

The Service is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent and believe a child is using it, write to [email protected] and we will delete the account and related records.

You may not use the Service where doing so is unlawful, or if we have previously terminated your access.

Your responsibility for the material

You are responsible for being entitled to obtain and use the material behind every link you send. The Service cannot verify this for you and will not try.

In most countries, copying lawfully accessible material for your own non-commercial use is permitted, while publishing it, distributing it, re-uploading it elsewhere, using it in advertising or building it into your own product requires the rights holder's permission. Where exactly that line falls differs by country, and locating it for your situation is your task, not ours.

By sending a link you confirm that:

  • the material is publicly available and you obtained the link lawfully;
  • you are the author, or you have permission, or your use falls within an exception under the law that applies to you;
  • you will not use the resulting file in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

What is not allowed

While using the Service you must not:

  • carry out bulk or automated extraction: scripts, link queues, emulating a user, or any means of obtaining volumes inconsistent with ordinary personal use;
  • resell, rent out, embed the Service in your own product, or provide access to it to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge;
  • obtain material whose access is restricted by a subscription, a paywall, account privacy or any other restriction set by the rights holder or the platform;
  • pass someone else's material off as your own, strip attribution, or remove watermarks and source markings;
  • place a disproportionate load on the Service: request flooding, working around limits, or using multiple accounts to do so;
  • interfere with the Service: reverse engineering, attempting to reach other users' data, our internal interfaces or our infrastructure;
  • use the Service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to distribute child sexual abuse material, extremist material or other unlawful content.

Separately: the Service is not intended for circumventing paid subscriptions or other paywalls of source platforms, and this clause prohibits using it for that.

Payment

Core features are free. The reLynth Premium subscription is sold for Telegram Stars; payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are covered by the separate "reLynth Premium Subscription" document, which forms part of these Terms.

Free use may require subscribing to our Telegram channel: without it the bot asks you to subscribe before it processes a link. A reLynth Premium subscription removes this requirement.

We may change which features are free and which are paid. Such a change does not affect a period you have already paid for: what you paid for, you keep until it ends.

The free tier carries advertising — this is what pays for the free part of the Service. Ads are labelled as ads, are not selected for you based on what you do in the Service, and are removed by a reLynth Premium subscription. How this works in data terms is in clause 2.1 of the Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for advertisers' goods and services and do not vet their offers: any dealing on such an offer is between you and the advertiser. Operational messages about the Service and about changes to these Terms are not advertising and go to everyone, subscribers included.

Availability

The Service runs on top of platforms we do not control, and they change their interfaces without notice. Individual links may stop working at any moment; for a tool of this kind that is a normal condition, not a defect.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, do not undertake to maintain compatibility with any particular platform, and may discontinue support for any of them at any time — including if the platform asks us to.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate your access if:

  • you breach these Terms;
  • well-founded rights holder complaints are made about material you requested — the procedure is in "Copyright Claims";
  • the law, a court or Telegram requires it;
  • your conduct puts the Service or other users at risk.

Where the restriction is not caused by your breach and you had a paid subscription, we refund the unused portion.

You may stop using the Service at any time: remove the bot from your chats and block it. Data deletion is available on request — see the "Privacy Policy".

Rights in the Service itself

The reLynth name, the interface, the texts, the design, and the code of the bot and the mini app belong to us. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, and nothing beyond that.

The names and logos of source platforms belong to their owners and are used solely to describe what the Service can work with. We claim no partnership, affiliation or endorsement.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we give no warranty of fitness for your purposes, of uninterrupted or error-free operation, of the preservation of results, or of the accuracy of the statistics shown.

You understand that the files delivered come from external platforms, that we do not control their content and do not review it.

Limitation of liability

In short: the Service is free, or costs a couple of euros a month, and the size of our liability matches that. Here is what that means.

What we are not liable for:

  • indirect loss — lost profit, lost data, damage to reputation;
  • what you do with the files you obtain, and the consequences of that, including rights holder claims brought against you personally.

The payout ceiling. However many claims add up, over any 12 months we will pay no more than you paid us in that period — and in any case no less than EUR 50. So if you paid us nothing, the ceiling is still EUR 50.

What this does NOT limit. Intent or gross negligence on our part. Death or personal injury. And any right that the law of your country does not allow a contract to cut down: if you are a consumer, those apply in full, whatever is written above.

Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because you breached these Terms, you will reimburse our documented costs, including reasonable legal fees. We will notify you of any such claim and will not settle it without consulting you where the cost falls on you.

This clause does not apply to consumers to the extent such indemnity is prohibited by the consumer law of their country.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The current version is always available at https://relynth.com/terms, with its effective date in the header.

We give at least 14 days' notice of material changes, in the bot, with additional notice to active subscribers. If you disagree, stop using the Service before the change takes effect; a period already paid for continues on the terms under which it was bought.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where we are located, and disputes are heard by the courts of that same place.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of any right your own law gives you to sue where you live.

Before going to court, please write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days, and most questions are resolved without proceedings.

General

  • If a provision is held invalid, the rest stands and the invalid provision is replaced by the closest permissible equivalent.
  • Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations if the Service changes hands, on notice to you; you may not transfer yours.
  • We give notices in the bot or to an address you provide; you give notices to [email protected].
  • These Terms together with the Privacy Policy, the reLynth Premium Subscription terms and the Copyright Claims policy are the entire agreement between us.
  • The Russian and English versions have equal force; in case of divergence, the reading more favourable to the consumer prevails.
